LOGGING IN TO KLUB KOOL

Well, by now you've noticed the new look of koolfm.com. We hope you grow to love it as much as we do. Unfortunately, in the computer world, nothing ever goes as smoothly as you hope it will... especially in the high tech world of websites.

That being said we certainly can appreciate that no one likes change and that sometimes change can be frustrating especially when it takes you out of your comfort level and everyday routine. The emails have been pouring in about the different way you must login to the site, believe me it is much easier than it was before. If you remember, you needed to sign up, get an email with a temporary password, log in again, cut and paste the password and then change it to something you could easily rememeber...whew..that's a lot of steps.

From this day forward the nonsense stops! Now all you need to do in the login area ( there are now two of those..in the top navigation on the right hand side...or in the red box on the left side of the website )simply type in the email address you used when you opened your KLUB KOOL account on the old site and the Password you selected. If you have forgotten your password, just click on the Forgot Password link and as long as your email address hasn't changed you will get it sent to you.

Now comes the part where we point out some issues you may have...we just want to help and make this transition easier

(1) If you have forgotten your old email address...or for some reason the Forgot Password function doesn't work for you, just email We Create and they will personally go into the database...find your info...and get you up and running. You can click here for custromer support.

(2) if you can't get logged in and you don't want to open a brand new account because you'll loose all of the Klub Kool points you have accumulated just click the email link above and We Create will help you out.

This should make the transition to the brand new koolfm.com easier for Klub Kool members and please take the time to surf around the site and discover the exciting new features this website has to offer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change over has caused.
